Default New SR4008400, 200solenoid and HD F/R switch

Finally got around to the install this weekend. Everything is going fine. Pictures were taken, wires and cables labeled all the tools out and ready to go.
I got everything apart and find the first road block..... a broken bolt in the backing plate, No big deal a have screw extraction kit. A little PB blaster and a few minutes later it was out.

Mount the controller, install spades on the wires, install the solenoid everything is mocked up, no wires touching turn the key......... LED lights, solenoid clicks we have movement

So I take everything apart to do some housekeeping and tidy up a bit. So its all back together and bolted down turn the key and no joy, no led, no click .....OMG

After 2HRS of testing voltage, continuity, reading diagrams we found it.....

A loose connection on one of the spades

Check the connection with a slight tug!

Everything is running well still not fast enough. I'll be ordering more stuff

This is what I really need to know! I did a throttle test and this is what I did:
Jacked the cart up. Pack charge is 38.1
Jumped from J4 to J5 using a digital meter here are the readings.
6.9 to start Led is on, solenoid clicks.
WOT Voltage drops to 4.1.
According to scottybs sticky this is not right.

What are my next steps?
Bax

Default Re: New SR4008400, 200solenoid and HD F/R switch

I have been trying to figure out whats going on and I found this. See pic.

So when I open the cover the ITS is out of adjustment. Pic.

I make some adjustments and take a measurement. Pic

From B- to J4 (SR48400 controller) Throttle reads 7.4 on contact 5.4 WOT. Better

A Noticeable increase in acceleration.

Still at 10.8 to 11.2 MPH. Its like the gear is topping out.?

I believe the controller and the other components are working fine.

I have an email off to scottyb to ask for help also.

New batteries last month Crown 220cr Fully charged. 36v TXT

Anyone?
