need a little help

I'm working on my club car precedent 2008 is the year. Anyway I'm working on the dash and cant seem to find the last bolt or plug.To get the inserts out. I looked in the stickies with no luck.
It all seems loose except the right side of the steering column. Is there a bolt or something. it's the panel with the cup holders, and around the sides and top of the steering column
I need to get it apart because I'm trying to build a custom dash for the radio and a few other things.

Small torx head screw that runs up and down perpendicular the the cart that is located at the top near the golf ball storage tray. It runs down into the dash and connects to a metal screw hole that slides into to groove when reinstalling.
