Updated Appearance of Munster Mobile
I did a little more work to my wife's cart. I did some repainting with semi-gloss black. added flames and mag wheel covers. Also installed a lexan windshield. It's looking pretty good.

Re: New Guy
Nice! Lookin good.
You should check out the SOC Chart. 37 volt is only about 70% charged. Don't want to let it get below 50% which would be 36v (but measured after the batteries have sat for a while). |

Re: New Guy
Yeah, that was straight from the battery store. I put the charger on it to top them off that evening.

I think it's about 10 cycles as I have read that in various posts. Also during this early cycle break in try to not discharge below 70%SOC. Nice project! |

Re: New Guy
Thank you, I'll use that theory. I'm new to the golf cart thing, but I do have some knowledge of electric stuff. I wondered why it was not getting much above 37.5v. Several more charge cycles should start showing a difference.

Re: New Guy
I have now re-installed the console and shifter. After highly modifying the linkage it looks and works great.
Next on the agenda is the racing stripe and I am contemplating lowering the roof in the rear slightly. |

Update to Munster Mobile
Decided to add a few more touches. I thought a racing stripe was good. Also, the guy who built it, made headlights for it but never installed them. I added them on last night. They really light up the driveway well.
