Default load testing batts???

we have a fleet of 70 electric carts here i have to keep running.
every cart manufacture known to man,all 48V but 3 dif combos 4/12Vs,6/8Vs and 8/6Vs.
we have a modern heavy duty automotive large type tester that rolls on a cart.
I believe it is Carbon-pile type,as you crank this huge knob to apply load and lots of heat comes out during 15 second test.
Brand is Powerlink Ferret40 rated to 4.0 to 19.99V
Amps (inductive) 0 to +/- 199
0 to +/-600
will do 500 amp load for (15 seconds on,60 off)
currently i am testing 2010 club car (powerdrive3) 8V and the tester has an option called "quick load",when i do that it shows 100-120A load for 15seconds.all six batts are consistent and drop to about 7.5V during test.i also hydrometer test and all cells fine.problem is this pack is maxing out at 56.7V after 13 hours?
thanks

theres not alot about 8 volt batt's ....So a great post for 8 volt batteries .
.
http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/desig...ad-tester.html .Usually if it goes to 7 1/2 volts it probably needs a recharge, but if it is less it is probably bad.
