Ok guys sorry for the delay on posting some pics was just able to get hooked up to the controller today been busy. the field map is a txt48-V5 and I'm not sure how to post pics on here but I do have them for you guys if you can tell me how to post them?

Click on "Post Reply" button at lower left of the thread or click on "Go Advanced" button uder the message window below. Then click on the paperclip icon to the right of the smiley face and use the attachment management window.

Nobody mentioned battery pack condition? We should look at the battery pack voltage when the cart is under performing, preferably while slowing uphill. If the pack is weak the cart will fall on it's face when asked to go with these tires on it.
Also you can check that the controller is seeing a full throttle signal just by looking at the status LED. With the car in neutral and the accelerator fully depressed, the LED should change from green to orange.
