Cable through OBC - 2006 Precedent
As I disassembled the cart to do the battery tub conversion I couldn't help but wonder why the cable runs through the OBC.
If you keep the OBC but move to thicker gauge wires, how do they fit? I get that you can use a screw compression fitting for the terminal after passing the wire thru but would a 2 gauge wire pass thru that hole? I'm not putting the OBC back so moot point for me but just wondering... Still learning... Gazoo |

The battery cable goes thru the hole in the OBC so it can measure the charge or discharge current to the battery pack.
