2012 rxv problems.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for 48 volt RXV.

Do you know what controller you have Danaher or Curtis? On the metal heat shield right next to the run/tow switch Danaher is silver and Curtis is black. The wiring is different between the two.

Yes it a Curtis sorry for the delay. It just stoped. It's got new batteries. No blown fuses

Use search above for "troubleshooting guide Rxv Curtis controller". The guide has a diagram.

Give the attached a try. Although it is heavy on the hand held programmer, there is a wiring diagram included.

If when I put my cart in the tow position and hook 1-3 together I still can't roll cart does that mean the brake is bad.

Could mean a lot of things, but that is one of them. What's the pack voltage? Has it been sitting a while?
