Re: 93 marathon speed control
I found another drawing that includes the solenoid wiring. The only issue is that the leads from the battery and controller on my cart are the reverse of what they are on the diagram. Should I change them to match the diagram when I reinstall the new #2 cables?

No, if it was running, leave the cart the way it was

Re: 93 marathon speed control
I know I've been speaking to you about my dilemma with controller and voltage upgrades. You mentioned that a higher HP motor would greatly help with uphill speeds. Is that in addition to a upgraded controller or is that a stand alone improvement. I worried that I'm going to sink money into my cart without much improvement on the problem. Thanks.

Re: 93 marathon speed control
Bigger motors require a bigger controller to make more power.
On this cart the best results come from upgrading the whole drive system, including: The controller, solenoid, F&R switch, cable set, motor, and increasing the battery pack to 48v. Ideally Have you had a chance to read what I wrote about upgrading series carts on my website here > http://www.cartsunlimited.net/upgrade-suggestions.html |

Re: 93 marathon speed control
I've been to your website quite a lot. as it all make sense then ill read something different and get unsure again. So as it sits now, controller and voltage upgrade first and do the motor later. I just want to see a noticeable difference in hill climbing. Thanks.
