Be sure to do the conversion and test everything before sending the controller out for the reprogramming. Speed and performance really depends upon the tire size you end up with. For best performance, don't use low pressure tires. DOT tires work best for road use. I do not charge for programming controllers for members here. You pay to send it and you pay for return postage. Before it's time to program, I'll ask you your preferences for accell curve/rate, coast regen rate, regen braking rate, your desired top speed and low end torque. Think those over carefully, as there are interactions between speed and torque that will depend greatly upon the effective gear ratio you end up with.
