97 EZGO TXT - Alltrax XCT400DCS/200 SOL Upgrade - Wiring check

I'm definitely not one of the experts on here, but I would say bad ITS. Check the wiring between it and the controller to make sure nothing is causing resistance just to be sure.

Thanks. I did an ohm test on both wires from the ITS to the harness by the controller and both came back clean. I ordered a new ITS from Amazon, will be here tomorrow. fingers crossed.

A bad ITS is rare but it can happen.

Well crap. New ITS and still showing low throttle over range error code. I don't know what else to check.

New motor, new controller, new solenoid, new ITS, new batteries. At my witts end

Also unplug both ends of the white and black throttle wires and ohm between the two checking for any type of continuity. It kinda seems like voltage is leaking over somehow.
