EZGO RXV stops after letting off accelerator pedal

Cleaned up the brake pedal assembly and readjusted the spring tension. I think the sensor was okay but the spring rod was rusted and may have caused enough friction to keep the pedal from fully returning to zero. No issues with the cart now and the brake feels firm.

2014 rxv 48volt. ACCELERATOR POSITION SENSOR CRACKED. I NOTICED IT IS SPRING LOADED INTERNALLY . AND MOUNTING ON PEDAL YOU HAVE TO TURN AGAINST THE SPRING PRESSURE.
SO IS THEIR A PARTICULAR WAY TO INSTALL THE NEW ONE?

Installing the new sensor. I see that the sensor does not screw straight on but has to be twisted to set the screws (spring loaded.)
which way to twist when facing the pedal front?

You are probably not getting a response because you need to create your own new thread, not hijack an existing one. I can't help you as I specialise in gas ezgo but a new thread will get you answers.
