2002 Ezgo PDS Alltrax XCT500 Data Logging
I believe my batteries are shot they are 7 years old, I saw them drop as low as 24 volts on a hard acceleration.

Re: 2002 Ezgo PDS Alltrax XCT500 Data Logging
Start voltage was 38.4V and they dropped to 22.5V with 418A being drawn.
7 Y.O. Batteries are due replacement. -------------------------- What is your tire height? Max motor speed was 4369RPM and if your tires are 18" tall, that was 18.8MPH. The .csv file has been edited and there is 196 lines of back-to-back commas, so I had to edit those out to get it to load in my spreadsheet. I prefer raw, unedited .csv files. Which also gives me the controller type (amps) and field map loaded. |

Re: 2002 Ezgo PDS Alltrax XCT500 Data Logging
I will measure the height of the tires and run another data log in the next few days when we get a break in the rain. Thanks Johnnie
