With you building it, it’s going to be great!
My dad’s ‘68 Merc Cougar had a “flip” steering wheel. An option for larger folks it seems. Now installing that would be a project.. . .

Easier, a quick-release wheel. Kind a pricey I’m sure.

Actually I have thought about a tilt steering column but have never found one cheap enough to chop up to make fit.

Thumbs up Re: Legend!

Thanks for the links,
That's a good price on those. I saved them and will do some more researching. For a vehicle I doubt I'd buy one but for the golf cart it maybe fine.

Question Re: Legend!

Well the new batteries I got with this cart are not worth a dime! Bull dogs never herd of them until I bought this cart. Oct 2019 batteries want hold a charge. 4 of 6 batteries are no good.
They are replacing them though but I'm not holding my breath as far as them holding a good charge.

The batteries are Oct 2019 and full voltage after a complete charge and sat for 12 hrs is only 38 volts. I checked them later on and they had dropped to 37.5 volts.
Have any of you herd of these batteries are used them?

Thumbs up Re: Legend!

The car in the picture is a 64 SS Impala all numbers matching car. I have several old classic cars.

I went and swapped the 4 bad batteries for 4 new ones. They seem better but it's on the charger now so we will see.
I installed a rear view mirror with compass & temperature and a front grille emblem also.
