Default Power Drive 2 Charger Failures

Had a bunch of Powerdrive 2 charger failures lately. Replaced relay and rectifier multiple times. Fuse is good, checked cords and ammeter. charger clicks but no output. What am I missing?

The trash can.
You are missing the trash can.

I have had ZERO success with the OEM chargers and OBC's on 3 of the last 4 carts Ive owned... and thats only because one of them was gas powered.

I have a PD2 on my workbench right now. It works great, but only because I bypassed the relay and turn it on/off with a toggle switch.
Obviously not ideal but OK as a 48v power supply or backup charger.

Typically a repair kit for these chargers includes a relay, rectifier, and circuit breaker. Have you replaced the circuit breaker?

Is the fuse burned?

Where did you buy the relay and rectifier? Chinese stuff could be dead right out of the box.
Also if the rectifier is not connected properly you'll get no output.

Check to make sure the transformer is getting AC power when the relay clicks on. The black wire coming out of the relay to the transformer should get 120VAC.
