I would go with LED lights. As far as a controller contact Dave at "Revolution Golf Cars" a site sponsor here. He is the "go to" man for those.

OK I charged the batteries up and it does not washing machine anymore,,,but it now surges will go about 3 mph then all the sudden take off like a bullet

Even after the new batteries my car will start out strong for 1 min then will only move at 2 mph if that and will not go in reverse... I just put a new mcor on it and no luck still the same.. any thoughts on what to do next

Maybe a new controller and motor I don’t know if so what kind and where to get one from

Ok all been a while, after the batteries I put new mcor then got a altruism controller and 10 motor..from Revolution Golf Cars and they were great shipped fast

Started off with great power now I’m back to the way it use to be no power. Any thoughts

New MCOR, new controller and new motor, good batteries and still this problem?

You may need to pull your motor and check the brushes.

Mine did the same as yours for a year before I got a new motor. When I disassembled the old motor, I couldn't believe it ran at all.

Please forgive me, I skipped over the new motor post.
