club car DS wont charge
Have a 48volt Club car DS, the individual who owns it has a Modz Max 48 charger for it. battery pack reads 46.7 volts, when you plug in the charger it will kick on then will blink red/green which indicates bad battery. load tested batteries and they checked ok but one, replaced that battery. plug charger back in still blinking red/green. i did notice that the obc has been bypassed. black wire from receptical going to main negative. i also noticed that the grey wire has also been placed on main negative, should the grey wire be ran that way?
Thanks |

I think it was used to tell the OBC a charger was connected. Try disconnecting the gray wire and see if it works any better. My ModZ Max48 has been working fine for the last 5 months without the gray wire. |
