HD F/R switch directions

I just purchased a new complete hd f/r switch from ScottyB. Does anyone have directions or advise before I tear into this.

one wire at a time. take some fotos, these are all ways helpful. if you got it from scotty he will walk you thru it. good luck!

Main thing is mark all the cables at the back of the switch before you take them off like top. driver. pass, bottom or like a clock face 12, 3, 6, 9 = that takes care of the big wires. Then mark the small wires to the micro switches and reverse buzzer... You will have to remove a jumper wire and a few terminal spades that are on the old micros and put them onto your new micro switches on the new F&R... main thing is to draw diagrams and tag wires BEFORE you take them off. This avoids 90% of the potential problems with any electrical parts swap.

Scotty,the old switch microswitches have two terminals and the new switch has 3 terminals,leave the center terminal empty"?

Yes the new ones have a terminal the middle you won't use. Be sure you get everything reconnected exactly like the old one or you will have troubles.
