Before laying out big bucks for a controller, please get a second opinion (or more) and post the voltage you get at the following test points under the following conditions.

Conditions:

F/R switch = F.
Pedal = Depress about an inch.
DVM Negative lead = BL- (Negative terminal on rearmost battery on passenger side)
DVM Negative lead remains attached here for following.

Test Points:
1. Battery pack voltage =
(Positive DVM lead on Positive terminal of front battery on passenger side)
2. Solenoid large terminal - Battery side =
3. Solenoid large terminal - Controller side =
4. J1 Pin 4 =
5. J1 Pin 3 =
6. J1 Pin 8 =
7. J1 Pin 9 =
8. J1 Pin 7 =

9. J4 Pin 1 =
10. J4 Pin 2 =

11. J3 Pin 1 =
12. J3 Pin 2 =

Hope you don't feel like we're dawg'in ya but unless you have done something to let the smoke out of your controller, It's usually the last thing to go south. Everyone just making sure you checked all the free stuff first before dropping the coin.
