Okay, pulled the batteries tonight. Is this bad? looks pretty bad to me! I guess I have a battery tray to rebuild while I'm waiting on the shipment from Santa

That's pretty ugly. You can buy a replacement rack if you don't wish to build one. They are $100 from EZGO.

Okay, on second look it appears I need to pull the body (which is riveted) to pull the battery tray. Is that correct or did I overlook something?

You can get an aluminum rack on ebay for $120. Looks like this.

Go to the scrap yard and find any angle you can made of stainless and build you one out of that, it will never look like that rusty one again.

With my 1998 TXT Series you have to pull the body off. That's why I chose to fix mine in place, though mine had enough meat left to simply prep then cover with truck bed liner.

Okay, picked up batteries today and chose to repair the battery tray at this time, so I have some time to kill until my goodies arive.

I put the cart up on jacks and the right side turns good but the left side was hard to turn so I pulled the wheel and the nut that hods the hub on and can't get the hub off. I pulled the brake cable so it at least spins better now but still can't get the hub off. What do I need to do?
