I used wire loom, and wire ties. I made my own 2 AWG cables, and used wire loom anywhere it had a chance to rub anything.

I use a 5-6 inch piece of rubber hose or plastic (irrigation) tube. Irrigation tube is tough but not so thick as hose, it's a better fit. Slit it so you can slip it on and zip tie it in place.
