36 v or 42v
My controller is a curtis 73326Go7 and when I look it up is says it's for a 36V and my cart is 42V with this controller in it, will a standard replacement 73326G07 work for me without any changes?

I dunno, usually controllers smoke when the rating is exceeded?

Might work for a while, but I would guess its lifespan will be fairly short. Is the controller you have now burnt?

Re: 36 v or 42v
Personally, if it was bad, I'd replace it with an Altrax DCX400-PDS, which is designed to work from 36V to 48V and everything in between, or something similar.

Re: 36 v or 42v
I just might need a controller. If I replace my curtis 73326G07 with the altrax DCX400pds like you recommend, is it just a simple replacement installation or is it going to require me to modify anything.

Re: 36 v or 42v
The control is designed to be a plug and play installation. The controller environmental cover will have to be be modified as shown in the CU install instructions below
