Default So, whats next?

I have a 99 ezgo series cart. New 36v batteries, 400amp alltrax controller 2ga wires and a EMP 2 speed motor. No lift, stock tires. Im getting the speed bug again. What is my next logical move....
Get rid of heavy flip cargo rear seat that is seldom used to lighten the cart some
Upgrade to a 500 or 650 axe controller
New motor. Either Plum Quick or D&D?
Or, upgrade to 48v?

whats the best bang for the buck move here guys?

More volts. A larger controller won't do diddly to help you go faster.
