Now.....how about my original question on the batteries? I brought the 3 real low ones up individually closer to the better ones and then went for a quick 1.5 mile run. Ran good and after about 4 minutes at rest the pack was sitting at 37.25. The entire pack is now on charge. We'll see what it comes up to after a full charge and 12 hour rest.

Do y'all think I can save these batteries?
They're up to about 75% now, so just keep charging the living daylights out of them and see what they come up to.

Back in 2011, I got the date code "L9" T-105 batteries that were in my cart when I got it and would would only take 85% charge, to come up to nearly 100% just by charging them repeated with little or no discharging.
Got them up to 95% in a couple week and they climbed a lot slower after that, but I just replaced them a couple months ago, and only then because I upped the pack voltage to 42V.

Keep a close eye on the electrolyte levels, they are definitely going to be gassing a lot.
