OK went and got some gator clips and made some jumpers and this is what I've got:
Bat 1 Static/7volts Load/7volts
Bat 2 S/7v L/7v
Bat 3 S/7v L/7v
Bat 4 S/7v L/7v
Bat 5 S/7v L/7v
Bat 6 S/7v L/7v
Drove cart approx.1/2 to 3/4 mile each test. All connections are clean and tight. Batt., Cables, Solenoid connections, even took apart the F/R switch and cleaned it. Still runs like it only has 3 or 4 batteries connected. Replaced a bad solenoid, last one under passenger. Still the same.

you saying it runs like 3 or 4 batteries but it won't be that fast 12mph maybe little more?
