Ok I found the problem (well at least part of it)..... It was the motor... the brushes were seized in the holders.... what a mess. I ordered new brushes and holder.... cleaned up the rotor and put it together and the cart will drive
 It drives very slow... but it does drive.... I'm charging it tonight and we'll see how it is tomorrow. Thank you again Steve for your time and wisdom |

I just wanted to finish this thread... I feel it's important to follow through until the cart is repaired, I see that many do not..... after the charge was complete I did the speed sensor test (see the Sticky: [URL="http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/electric-club-car/68248-ds-iq-precedent-speed-sensor-test.html"] ) the cart failed so I ordered the speed sensor off ebay $39.00 & free shipping, it is aftermarket... most likely from China but trying to keep costs down. The cart now drives Great! looking forward to the 4" double A arm lift and 23" tires.
