I just actually made one up for my 1990 Marathon. I used a piece of 1.75" x 3/16" angle iron and welded the "receiver" end of an 1.25" receiver hitch to the angle and bolted it on the bottom flat part of the rear bumper. All the ones you see online are 2" receivers but seems like overkill for the loads a golf cart should handle.

You can buy a standard Ez-Go hitch and some websites actually say it fits the Marathon Golfs - just need to drill holes thru the rear bumper to mount it.

Thanks Guys,
I did find one on another site but they said it would not work for a Marathon. Looks like the same kind Jim suggested.

Thx,
Mike
