I disconnected the fuel line, and the pump is not working, (just a dribble of fuel). So I have drained the tank, letting it dry completely, and will put new fuel in it, and try again after I have cleaned the carb. I do not think the time is off, as it will run ok at very low rpms. Any thing more than a little throttle, and it want to bog down, but if it starving for fuel, that would make sense, right?
