Okay I put it on an individual charge and got it up to 7.7 and the wheels spin around like crazy so I guess that is the problem is that one battery however when I put it on the golf cart charger it still says abnormal cycle is that because of the bad battery ? We will be replacing the batteries. Thanks guys I really appreciate the help. :-)

Probably so.
Friend just brought a Yamaha over for me to look at. New batteries 6 months ago but won't go anymore now. We put the charger on it and did some real basic battery readings to discover the charger was connected to 4 batteries not 6. So 4 were getting cooked and 2 had never been charged
By the way, his charger never gave the abnormal light either?

Needles to say he is headed back to the battery store where they put them in

How could it be only hooked to 4?? Mine does show the abnormal cycle light

Uhm..... the main + and - on battery #4.(not 6)
