Same driven secondary clutch and same style governor. Looks like some plowmans clutching and governor modding or simply ziptie the adjustment bolt will get some gains in power and speed

Would assume the ECU would stil limit max rpms like all the previous EFI carts since 2012.5

How would lifting the body affect the angle of the axle?

I guess you could lift the body for tire clearance. Wouldn't gain any ground clearance fr going over bumps, ruts, logs, rocks etc.

It's the larger tires that will affect the angle.
