I found the 3 amp fuse and it's good. I verified my solenoid is good also. I'm only getting about 10 volts across solenoid coil, should be 30 volts (pull in voltage). My batteries are fully charged and holding. All switches are good. Any idea what's going on? Pin 3 of the controller handles the solenoid ground and may be the problem. I have 51 volts at the positive side of solenoid coil when I reference to chassis ground.

Just cause I’m curious, where did you find the 3A on your updated frame?

Also, this sounds exactly like my issue, and my Alltrax basically said it was a bad controller and I had to send it back to them for replacement. Do you have an alltrax? If so, are you getting 1 green 6 red flashing lights? If so, test pin 12 and 13 for full pack voltage using a paper clip in the harness. If they are both full voltage, your controller is shot...

Found it directly behind the drivers seat, rear side of the batteries, wiring harness is attached to vertical frame. It was difficult to see the fuse holder.

I'm not sure of the make of my controller. I'll check this afternoon and get back with you. No, I don't have a Alltrax.

Jake, I've got a Moric controller p/n JW2-H6510-10. Can these be tested?

That is the stock controller right? I don’t know to be certain but if you want to try testing pin 12 and 13 for full voltage it wouldn’t hurt? The harness doesn’t change when you upgrade controllers so it should be the same to test. Just stick a paper clip in there and test with volt meter using battery as a ground.

Yes, it's the original controller. I'll check those points after work. Is your cart ok or still having issues?

New alltrax is in and I’m doing 32mph again! Don’t know what blew when the 3A fuse blew but I think it had to do with the negative line through the controller. Anyways, alltrax was great and had excellent customer service and was very helpful!
