throtle
My cart will start but the engine speed will not increase unless I pull the choke and leave it half way out. How do I correct this problem. It is a 1985 EZGO, 244 cc

Re: throtle
Can you do a compression check on the engine and post the results..... often worn out motors will act like that... 1985 ain't new

Its worth a shot! Check for air leaks, my experence with 2 strokes is it will act this way if it is running lean or their is an air leak.
