I'd double check the connections for the receptacle wires. If you got 36v at the receptacle then sounds like the charger is a dud OR the ac outlet isn't working.
AC outlet is working.

Charger is not working.

Murphy is working overtime this week.

MC, Did you note JohnnieB's post?

If two chargers are not firing up, its the most likely issue.

As stated you can just connect the two wires that go to the relay, plug into wall and then into cart to manually charge until you get back and have time to go further into it, charger just won't ever shut off so unplug when when it drops down low

---------------
If push comes to shove, bypass the relay in the PW charger. The charge profile is built into the ferroresonant transformer and capacitor pairing and will drop down to about 7A (or less) when the batteries reach about 90% charged and running 7A through them for 16 hours won't hurt them any. Might even help them that PW is what you use at home.
JB I don't know how I missed this post last night. I will do this today. Thank you.

Looks like my post got added while you were typing and your reply to Fairtax4me flipped to the 2nd page, so there is no way for you to have seen my post unless you clicked back to page-1.

Thank you JB. The charger cable has that little piece inside you are referring to. The cart side does not have that little piece shown in your photo. (At least it does not have it now. I can't swear that something like that might not have fallen out when I removed the cover)

Could you please elaborate on bypassing the relay in the charger?

Thanks again!

And yes, I must have been typing when you responded.

The photo shows both the charger's plug and the cart's receptacle mated together. The silver colored spring contact is part of the plug and the gold colored terminal is part of the receptacle.

To bypass the relay, connect the two wires plugged into the top of it together.

So. Open up the charger. Make a jumper and connect those 2 wires.

I think I can do that.

Getting dark soon, I'll do it tomorrow.

Thanks again JB. You saved the day again!
