It's flooding out... (I know, duh) carb float sticking
perhaps cleaning would help.
100psi isn't good

ive takin the carb apart twice what are the specs on float adjustment? If the needle is not seating will it pump out of the fuel bowl and into the intake?

so i pulled the carb off yet again and checked float adjustment seems ok but engine is still flooding *note i dont have the air cleaner on it and no choke cable. only way i can even get it to fire is wide open and thats still shady im unfamiliar with how 2 strokes run so i may be missing something what can i check next? oh ya the fuel mixture screw is only out about 1 1/2 turns im stumped...

only other thing I can think of is a possible rupture in the fuel pump diaphragm letting gas into the engine case. the pump works off pressure/vacuum created by the movement of the piston. that movement is also how 2 strokes suck air/fuel mix into the case then into the cylinder.

Oh your funny.
You already got a mechanic to diagnose your problem for nothing and now, without as much as a thanks, you want someone to search vendors to find you the cheapest place to get the part you need.
good luck with that.

there is no way you are going to keep an old cart and not spend money.........do not bother with a repair kit go ahead and replace the pump, it will save headaches later. also plan on at least rebuilding the top end of the engine. if it were me, I would get it half a$$ running good and sell it.
