The two black wires that are on the solenoid now are from the controller and to the reverse buzzer. Take them off but keep them away from the new wire. There is a 12v potential between the one from the controller and the new wire, they would melt if they touch! I do not have my buzzer hooked up and do not know if it will work on 48v. If you know the one that goes to the buzzer it can still be connected at the solenoid. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHICH ONE IT IS!

allright, my buzzer is disconnected anyway, so i take both wires to the negative side of the solenoid off and disregard, and just add that new negative wire from battery six to the solenoid right?, sorry i just want to make sure i'm on the same track as you.

Question Re: wiring in 2 more 6v batts??

Question:
You show the hot + activation wire for the solenoid coming from the controller. There is a switch between them right just not showing it?

The micro switch in the throttle comes before the controller. Actually, the they both connect to the post of the solenoid, but yes, I left off the control wiring from the throttle and F&R.

It is a very nice looking diagram. Are you going to put the control circuit on it?
