rebuild kit for fuel pump ezgo 2stroke
ok jeepers it goes from one thing to another ! I got my 86 ezgo 2 stroke running but it didn't have a lot of power so i decided to check the carb which was dirty. that being said i thought i should check the fuel pump even though it was working. now it no longer pumps gas. can you buy a rebuild kit?

For the cost of a new one around $36.00 verses a kit I'd just buy new and wouldn't tear it down to inspect it.

Just before you start spending have a go at priming the pump. Remove the line into the carburetor and point it into a jar. Now take off the fuel cap and using a shop rag to make a seal blow into the tank until you see fuel coming out of the line. Reconnect your fuel line and try to start the engine.

dumb or dumber ? took the pump back apart. Seems i didn't line the divider back up. Fixed my mistake and it's running !
