Default 1997 Carryall No-Go

I just took my recently good-running '97 Carryall down my road-maybe 1/2 mile or so then it just quit. It felt like it was out of gas, but wasn't. Tanks is nearly full & fresh gas this season. When you step on the pedal, you'll spin and attempt to fire...almost seems like it will but then nothing-it just continues to spin.Cart IS getting gas and the filter is fresh. Could this be an igniter? Coil? Any way to test for that before I start throwing money at it? Where is the igniter/coil located on this...I think I have an FE350? Thanks in advance!

lets check that fuel pump vaccum tube sounds like your oil maybe overfull and creeping up the vaccum line causing a fuel cutoff due to no fuel pump pulse

OK, here's an update...regarding the oil overfill. Checked it and its dead-on where it should be so no overfilling here..BUT- I noticed the oil is a very funny light-ish color, almost like it was contaminated by water (condensation?) Would this have any affect on the problem? By the way, I checked for spark and its sparking a good strong blue spark....
