Not asking about ratio. I'm wondering how much oil and gas you mixed together so we can verify the ratio.

That's the correct amount. If the plug is coated with oil, it is coated with gas too. There is no extra oil in the motor. Check the float level, and the fuel pump diaphram as stated above.

Do compression check. Shot rings may be letting oil from block get up into piston and thus no power either.
That would be my first check.

a compression check and checking the fuel pump is in order. The pump is cheap to replace or I put a new diaphragm in mine when it was leaking. Either way, its flooding out for sure
