G1 won't stop running
Have a G1, I think 82/83. Just replaced the reverse solenoid and upon hooking up battery the starter generator just starts going. The switch is in the off position but it runs as soon as I place the positive cable onto the battery. Anyone know what could be wrong..both solenoids are brand new. One is the original style and one is new style solenoid. Starter generator is also brand new. Any help would've greatly appreciated.
