Club Car DS Headlights Infographic

Here is a pic of what's in there now and what i purchased. If I can trim the headlights frame down and make the hole bigger (according to the template) I will go that direction. Otherwise I can trade the new headlights i purchased for the smaller pre 1993 version. I purchased: Golf Cart Club Car DS Light Kit Halogen Headlight LED Taillight 1982-2015.

I'd have to see a better (closer) pic of you cart's front cowl. From here it looks like the lights that are on it now are already taller than that leading edge that runs just under the "Club Car" nameplate. I've also not familiar with that style headlight that you have mounted on there now. Were the holes cut out for those headlights cut above that body line or not?

I also can't speak for that particular new headlight that you purchased. The bezel looks like a slightly different shape and style and there may not be as much material to trim off. The headlights themselves look to be the correct (smaller) size. You'll have to measure those bezels when they come in to see if they'll work.

Hi there. Do you remember which exact headlights you got? I see similar ones from different companies. I’m afraid they may not turn out as good if I get the wrong thing. Those look really nice the way you did them. Thanks

I have an 03 cowl with the factory lights I would be willing to trade for one without the lights

Mine has the small lights. I like this look a lot better.

wow. just signed up today to this site because i was confused about this exact topic. i have a 87 ds and couldnt make heads nor tails out of the light situation after searching and googling for what seemed like forever. great info. now i can move forward knowing i wont order the wrong parts and screw it up. thanks.
