Augiedoggy, I forgot you had the lcd display. Just keep a check on how it handles low currents.

I was testing a 12v 4s 200Ah battery I configured with a Daly BMS using a 12v portable fridge. After about 9 days the app was still showing SOC at 70% but on the 10th day the BMS shut off on low cell voltage. The JBD’s are much better but still not perfect.

A seperate shunt based SOC meter counts all current going through it. Once set up, the Renogy is very accurate, even when sitting for months drawing 1-2w of parasitic draw. It also has alarm limits that can be set to buzz and flash the led backlight.

Thanks for the photos of your Renogy meter install Pat and CP. Ive got the standard dash at this stage so good to see it will fit.
Pat911, pretty fancy dash you have there, makes the standard one look very plain.

Member here LukeL has a DS with the regular dash piece and the renogy meter fits in the square part where the warning label fits quite nicely. I don’t have the pics he sent me anymore but I can verify it did fit nicely in that spot.

Not as practical storage wise as the stock dash but I love the way the audio integrates into it. Speakers are 6 1/2 inch Fusion Marine speakers and fit perfectly. Comes with both white and black grilles. Obviously the black ones suit this installation best.
