![]() Hi all, I have picked up a couple of carts from local golf course,
One is a melex 102, thought it was scrap but put 36v through it and it works! Was told it has been stood 20+ years. What should I expect from this cart? It weighs a ton and could definitely be used as a slow speed battering ram |

![]() Is that a three wheeler? Those are fun to ride around. A lot of the Melex carts were very close copies of the Ezgo carts available at the time.

![]() That should be the plan, is the motor capable of achieving anything useful?

![]() Without seeing the details on it it's hard to say for sure, but it should be fine on 36v and likely fine on 48v as well with a controller upgrade.
