Default Go Problem

Hey guys, I have a 1998 electric ez go. 8.1 D&S motor and 600 amp D&S controller. The problem is when you push the gas petal, sometimes It wont go at all and other times it is straight full power. What do I need to check? I had it bouncing around on a trailer and when I got to the house , it was like this.

If it was REALLY bouncing I would check ALL large cables. Give each a good tug and twist.

Check the wires from the speed senor under the floor ITS switch. Make sure they haven't been bounced loose. Just how much bouncing did it do?
Check the small terminal's of the controller and make sure they are tight.

Nothing should be bouncing around on the trailer as you haul it! Very dangeous for you and other people. You may have jared the controller enough to make it run like this.

Thanks for the help Andy4639. The cart was straped down, what I should have said is that the roads are bumpy and the trailer was bouncing.
I do live where they are alot of gravel roads.
