![]() It should pick up a little speed after the brushes have had time to seat....but I don't see how in the heck they could have burnt the brushes testing the batteries.

![]() They held the brakes while pressing the gas and held it for a short period of time and motor started to smoke. Had a ticking sound after this happened. dealer said it was brushes.

![]() Find a new dealer.
Obviously they cannot afford a proper load tester, or simply do not want to spend the money to perform the service correctly. |

![]() And....Somebody has to do this...Start here:
![]() http://search.harborfreight.com/cpis...ster&Submit=Go But, I did kinda like the rope and tree picture I was getting.....Is that an Arkansas load tester? ![]() Rope break battery test results as follows 1/4 rope holds cart = you need all new batteries, $800 please 1/4 rope breaks but, 3/8 rope holds cart = batteries ok come back everyday for retest until you need new batteries, motor, or sumptin' 3/8 rope breaks = excellent condition, give ya $200 for it ![]() ![]() ![]() |

![]() Thanks for your overly helpful and hilarious comments. Yall should be comedians. I was wondering how u load test the entire system as a whole not 1 battery at a time. Thanks for your help. I know it sounded like a East Texas Question but I am new to the carts and I have to take baby steps to grasp the whole 36v setup.
