I've seen these at Auto Zone. If I remember correctly, they are around $20 or $30. The shocks on my Yamaha's are coilovers but I was thinking this type of setup would work great, especially in the back, with a set of regular or air shocks like you stated. I think the shocks from a Chevette will work on a Yamaha: not sure.

Shocks from a 1974 Chevette will work on the rear of a Club Car with a 6" lift, but I thought Yamahas had to have coilovers.
