2002 club car ds not turning over
we have 2 customer carts in the shop right now and they are both 2002-2004 club car ds. they both came in and wont turn over. batterys are good, fuses are good, grounds look good. what makes a ds loose power? i can jump start the solenoids to get them to turn over. its odd to have this happening to both carts at the same time so im hoping its something common. thanks guys

Did you figure this out? I am curious. I am having a similar problem. Can I just cross the solenoid terminals to test it?

This cart ended up being a bad ignition switch. Even though the key was clicked to on it was only recognizing on about 1/2 the time. We switched it out and it worked everytime. Smack it on the *** on the way out and on to the next one |
