Default Batteries not charging I think???

Just bought a 2011 Yamaha golf cart, was told batteries are 3 months old. They look new, didn’t see the date stamped anywhere.

So gauge was at half way when I bought it. Charged it all night. Next day gauge was even lower. Drove it 10 minutes and felt like it was almost dead.

What do I need to look for? Is the charger messed up possibility?

A digital multimeter is your best friend. Check each battery voltage at rest, on charger, and under a load. Also, make sure the plates are covered in every hole of every battery.

'plates are covered' aka insure water levels are above the lead plates

Ok, I’ll check the water level. I did check one hole in each battery and each had water, I’ll check every one though.

Then I got to find the multimeter and try to remember how to use it
