OK, did some research on testing motor, in my case, I will

- short F1 and F2
- short A1 and A2
- apply 12V across A and F terminals

if motor runs, motor brush/starter is good


any thoughts how to easily test the TPS orange wire without cutting the wire to place the probe???

Backprobe the connector at the tps

thanks everyone, yall guys are good...

Jacked up the cart, and pressed the pedal...nothing but if I rotate the wheel, it started to rotate

its probable the brush...another project for next month

You're welcome! Look for a deal on a used upgraded motor. But don't buy a new motor just to fix brushes.

I'm getting about 5v into the TPS and 5v out when pressing accelerator. 53v into the stop switch. Solenoid doesn't click at all, 53v into solenoid, nothing out, nothing happening when hitting accelerator.

On the small terminals, if I'm on main negative, each have 53v. replaced 3 solenoids now just to make sure. Going to replace the TPS next? what do ya'll think?

2008 ydre with 4 lithium 12v upgraded batteries...
