Re: part numbers??
you know i have had to get these several times from the local cc dealer. you would think at least one of the sponsers would have a suspension rebuild kit consisting of bushings and sleeves for the king pins, delta plates and the front spring. even club car has to look everything up and list it all out seperately

Re: part numbers??
the part number for the control arm bushings comes up as a 1993 and up bushing. mine is a 92 is there a difference? and also do they make a heavier leaf spring or coil over shocks for the back. ours has a dump bed on it and its not uncommon for us to have heavy tool boxes or an engine or transmission sitting on the back. we lowered a V12 Jaguar engine on it to move it and i thought it was going to die.

Re: part numbers??
there is a heavy duty 3 or 4 leaf spring pack available. oh you have the metal bushings in the earlier a arms. your bolts may be pretty worn too if you haven't tore it apart already.
also be aware thatwhen i did mine i had to hone them out after the king pin bushings were pressed in. not a lot. but if you are playing with cars you probably have that equipment... -Aaron |

Re: part numbers??
ya have all the equipment and actually have a ton of race hardware if new bolts are needed. and the upper arm is not an a-arm. it kind of looks just like a flat bar of steel. from what it looks like it had urethane bushings in them.

Re: part numbers??
The part numbers came from a parts list for 1992-1996 Club Car Gas Electric
front upper suspension. I looked again and the a arm takes six bushings per side. |
