Default 91 2 stroke governor issue

My cart was running well.. not at all. Turns out the nut on the governor has fallen off. Does anyone know what size that is? should there be a sleeve over it also, seems like a lot of thread to just vibrate off. Thanks for any help!

Mine is a 2 stroke but looks the same, it is the lock nut and larger nut.
