Default Club Car problem

My electric Club Car quit on my last night. It was fine all night, no problems for over a year, and when we got back in the cart after teeing off, there was nothing. I tried putting it in reverse, and the reverse buzzer went off, but nothing. I checked all the connections, and everything was tight. Any ideas ?

Thanks in advance.

Looks like you have a 36v controller cart, very important to state whenever starting a new thread

yep good photos
i would test solenoid first
Quote:
Disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery. remove all wires, restorer , and diode from solenoid
test 1
Connect an volt meter, set on continuity, place on the two large terminal studs. The meter should indicate no continuity, Replace the solenoid if continuity is present.
test 2
Using jumper wires attach from main positive and main negative of battery pack to the two small solenoid studs, polarity is not important. You should hear a click as the solenoid engages, and the meter should indicate continuity on the two large terminals. Replace the solenoid if continuity is not present.
if solenoid clicks rapidly solenoid is bad

could be resistor cart ?

If it was there would be many large colored wires coming off the back of the VGlide, and there's not. There's the protection cover for the small resistors
